Yoga
Maintaining a regular yoga practice has been essential for my well-being as a massage therapist, allowing me to stay strong, balanced, and connected. Since 2004, I have trained in Bikram, Baptiste, Forrest, and Restorative yoga, deepening my understanding of movement, breath, and healing.
I am now offering private yoga classes for small groups of up to five, incorporating hands-on assists to enhance alignment, deepen relaxation, and support your practice.
